Oh no, we are so sorry to hear that! We can resend items or offer E-Gift Cards for broken items if they were broken during transit. If the item was broken during use or regular wear and tear, we do not offer any warranty on our items.
We are happy you love Airie, however most of our items are shipped from different suppliers around the world, and we offer free shipping on a majority of our items! The easiest thing to do would be to place a new order
Airie partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 7-25 business days to arrive (depending on the delivery location & address). Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

Yes! Every order that is sent out by Airie is shipped with tracking. As soon as the order has been fulfilled by one of our global shipping partners, you will receive an email notifying you along with a link to track your package!
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Yes of course! We never like to hear that you didn't like the item. Please email email@example.com to start the return process. Please include your name, and order number in the email so we can verify the order. You will receive an email letting you know where to return your items, and once we have received the items back we will inspect them to make sure they are unused, and still in the original packaging. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of an E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire! Please note we do not pay the return postage.
We issue refunds in the form of E-Gift Cards instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash. If you prefer a refund on your original payment method, there will be a $2.99 fee deducted to pay for the original postage of your order.
All orders returned to use due to an invalid address will be restocked, and you will receive an Airie E-Gift Card minus the original shipping charge. We are unable to reship the item as your order is processed by our return department. You can reorder the item whenever you want to the corrected address with the E-Gift Card.
